• Voucher is valid from Wed 21 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Wed-Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon/Tues and 8 Nov 2020 - 12 Feb 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 14 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard twin or double room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a main course each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free and vegan options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Supplements may apply to speciality dishes such as steak and duck. Supplements are subject to daily change but will be clearly listed.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max 2 children permitted in a family room or 1 child in a double or twin room; under 5's free when sharing with 2 adults, ages 5-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night, includes breakfast. Other meals are charged as taken; children’s menu is available. Cots are provided free of charge, double and twin rooms can accommodate 1 cot.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
