• Voucher is valid until Thur 31 Jan 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 24 Dec 2018 - 1 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 21 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin Old Course suite available.
• Stay can be extended by a night at hotel rates; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the set menu in Sands or Road Hole restaurant; please advise at time of booking. Menus are subject to change. If booking in Sands restaurant you will receive £10 of drinks per person.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 3 – 15 years can be accommodated in an Old Course suite for a supplementary charge of £45 per child including breakfast; Old Course suites include a sofa bed; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes access to Kohler Waters Spa facilities for over 16s only; up to 3 hours between 10am – 7pm and must be pre-booked.
• Swing Studio session must be pre-booked; please discuss with hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No dogs permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
