• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 16 Dec 2022, Tue 10am - 2pm, Thu 5pm - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 3pm and Sat 10am - 1pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon, Wed and Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Over 16s only. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatment duration: approx. 45 minute sessions. First session includes a 15min pain/injury assessment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
