Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 18 Jan 2022 until Sat 16 Apr 2022, Tue 4pm - 8pm, Thu 12noon - 4pm and Sat 9am - 12noon; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon, Wed, and Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Over 16’s only; under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Prior to any appointments clients fill out a medical form online when booking. Treatments are unsuitable if customers have been refused sports massage previously, have osteoporosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis or have been told no by your GP or consultant.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1hr per session which includes consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
