Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Nov 2021 until Fri 11 Feb 2022, valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri 10am - 10pm and Sun 10am - 9pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Saturdays and 20 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Max of 4 people per group.
• Option 1: Valid for two adults.
• Option 2: Valid for two adults and two children under the age of 16 or 1 adult and 3 children under the age of 16.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
