• Voucher is valid until Thur 31 Oct 2019, Mon – Tue 9am – 5pm, Wed 9am – 7pm, Thur 9am – 8pm, Fri 9am – 7pm, Sat 9am – 6pm and Sun 11am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 17 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 people; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with salon.
• Includes a choice of treatments from: skin booster facial, Swedish back massage, foot scrub, massage and mask, file & gel hands or feet, oriental head massage or Elemis body massage; subject to change.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding if discussed and approved by GP.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission if discussed and approved by GP.
• Please discuss any further health concerns directly with Park West.
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins inc consultation.
• Options 1 – 3: Use of facilities is not included, however you can gain access to the outdoor hot tub and cedar barrel sauna for a supplementary charge of £15 per person; payable directly to spa. Please discuss when booking. 
• Option 4: Includes use of facilities.
• Robes and slippers can be hired at a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly to spa.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
