Option 1: voucher is valid from Mon 23 Apr 2018 until Thur 30 Aug 2018, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 29 Jun - 19 Aug 2018.

Option 2: voucher is valid from Mon 23 Apr 2018 until Thur 30 Aug 2018, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 29 Jun – 19 Aug 2018. 

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Credit card details will be required at the time of booking.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: standard room can be upgraded to a refurbished room for £10, £20 to upgrade to a feature room or £30 for a refurbished feature room; payable directly to hotel.

Max 1 child permitted per room; ages 2 and under stay free with cots available on request, ages 2 – 11 are £15 and ages 12 – 16 are £20; inclusive of breakfast, all other meals charged as taken. Please advise at the time of booking; payable directly to hotel.

Bottle of Prosecco will be in room on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Includes a £20 dinner allowance per adult; sample menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Option 2 allowance is for the first night only.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
