• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thur 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thur 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note there are no family rooms available 4 - 19 Feb 2022 so no children are permitted on these dates.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £25pp dinner spend valid against the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 2: dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes full use of the leisure facilities including the gym and swimming pool and complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay. Please note, some facilities may be closed during your stay due to government guidelines.
• Max of 2 children permitted in a family room. Standard family room requires a supplement of £10 and feature family room £20 per night. Children ages 0-1 are free of charge, 2-11 £20 per child per night, 12+ £35 per child per night. Includes breakfast and a £10 allocation towards dinner on the first night.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night. Please advise at the time of booking; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
