• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12 Oct, 8 - 9 Nov, 6 - 7, 13 - 14, 20 - 21, 25 Dec 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Booking is non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Calls to the booking line will be charged at 11p per minute plus any additional charges by your landline/mobile phone provider.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Superior double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes 2 courses from set menu choosing starter/main or main/dessert; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free options available.
• Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted in room using the sofa bed; they will stay and dine for free on on the same basis.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note a disclaimer is required to be completed at check-in; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
