Midweek vouchers are valid until Thur 19 Dec 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.

Weekend vouchers are valid until Sat 14 Dec 2019, Fri & Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays - Thursdays.

Excludes 2 - 5, 18 Oct and 1 - 8 Dec 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard or superior double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted; under 3s stay free of charge and a supplementary charge of £20 is required to upgrade to family room. Breakfast is charged on consumption.

Pets are permitted; please discuss with hotel directly.

Evening meals can be arranged and must be booked in advance; payable directly; please discuss at time of booking. 

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
