Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sept 2020 until Sun 29 Nov 2020, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Drummond and Ben Lawers chalet available. Consisting of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds.
• Groups must adhere to Scottish Government guidance at the time of stay. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A security deposit of £500 is required; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking. Please discuss directly when booking.
• Children permitted and included in overall headcount.
• Pets are permitted in the Drummond chalet only at no additional charge; please discuss directly when booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
