Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 30 Oct 2017 until Sat 23 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note limited availability and a supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm – 11pm, check-out 11am.
• Cliff facing double or twin standard room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: sea view £20 or superior sea view room £35; payable directly to hotel. Please note superior upgrades are not available on weekends.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 2’s stay free in a cot, ages 2 – 12 years require a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night, over 12’s are classed as adults and are £30 per person per night, both supplements include breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Pets are not permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
