• Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Jul 2017 until Tue 10 Oct 2017, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday and Sunday.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Sept 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You will forfeit your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only.

• Groups cannot be booked and receive assessment at the same time.
• Suitable for men and women.
• Please note screening provides only a snapshot of your current health status, but cannot always predict future illness. The Edinburgh Clinic cannot guarantee the identification of every illness.
• Assessment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for those with a pacemaker.
• Duration: approx. 4 hrs.
• Blood tests include: full blood count, lipids including cholesterol, liver function, kidney function, blood glucose (finger prick test), Thyroid function.
• Blood results will be reviewed by The Edinburgh Clinic’s private GP and any significantly abnormal results will be phoned to the patient to allow discussion and advice on further action, results can be sent to your GP if preferred.
• MRI scan is for head and torso only and includes a full report which will be sent within 15 working days of your ScanPlus. You can arrange to see The Edinburgh Clinic’s GP to comment on your report in a 15 minute appointment which will be £100 chargeable at the time of the appointment.
• The limbs are not included as this is a screening test; if you have particular concerns regarding a problem area please discuss with The Edinburgh Clinic as this scan may not be the best test for you.
• Assessment is private GP lead, and scans are reported by a consultant radiologist.
• MRI scanner makes use of magnetic fields instead of X-rays and current research shows MRI scanning is safe for whole body imaging.
• MRI is not suitable for imaging hollow organs such as stomach intestines and bladder and will not include the limbs as it is a screening examination; if you have concerns regarding these areas please discuss directly with The Edinburgh Clinic when booking.
• Assessment cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
