Small print

• Option 1 & 3: voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon - Fri, 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and Sundays and 25, 26, 31 Dec 2019 and 1 Jan 2020. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Option 2: voucher is valid from Sat 16 Nov 2019 until Sun 29 Mar 2020, Sat - Sun only, 1.30pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Fri. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only served with tea and coffee; menu is subject to change.
• Option 2 includes unlimited buffet of sweet and savoury treats.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 1 & 2: includes 125ml glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 3: includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
