• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days 12.30pm - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 13-14 Feb and 26-27 Mar 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Option 1: Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers/4 people per table.
• Afternoon tea with tea or coffee only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table may required back after 2 hours.
• Option 2: Includes access to the leisure facilities and outdoor hot tub for 1hr. Over 16s only. Not suitable during pregnancy. Max of 4 people per group.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
