• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Sat 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and 20 Dec 2022 - 18 Jan 2023.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked no cancellations or amendments are permitted
• Email bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 1 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Options 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available. Please inform the hotel at time of booking.
• No children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
