Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Mon – Thur 12noon – 10pm and Sun 4pm – 10pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 22 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Please note limited raclette machines available; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per group of 4 or more.
• Raclette cheese only; menu is subject to change.
• Choose 4 items from the meat board (smoked chicken, venison sausage, spicy chorizo, parma ham, salami) or veg board (broccoli, cauliflower, baby potatoes, artichokes, celery).
• No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2 includes a bottle of house white or red wine to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 10pm.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
