Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 21 Dec 2019, 7 days, 10am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking is not required.
• Multiple voucher purchases are permitted.
• Session includes choosing your tree, tagging it (if attending before December), then returning to cut down and collect it.
• Tree cutting is suitable for over 16s only; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please wear gloves; saws are provided by Finlaystone Country Estate.
• A supplementary charge of £5 is required if you would like a ranger to cut tree for you and £1 if you would like the tree netted; payable directly to Finlaystone Country Estate.
• Meeting point: report to the visitor centre.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Refunds are only possible if trees are in unsatisfactory condition.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
