• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Mar 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30 & 31 Dec 2020, 13 - 14 and 20 Mar 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Studio apartment: sleeps two in a king bed.
• 1 bedroom apartment: sleeps up to four in a king bed and 2 single sofa beds.
• Includes full cooking facilities and utensils.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a continental breakfast each with freshly baked breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, hot breakfast rolls, juices and unlimited coffee.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted; age 4yrs and above are included as part of headcount; 3yrs and under go free.
• Cots and highchairs can be provided for free.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
