Small print

• Voucher is valid from 7th March until 25th April 2015, Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm, Sat 9am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 11th April 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Appointment may last up to 1 hour 30mins depending on treatments. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Treatments are suitable for those who are currently pregnant and breastfeeding. Members who are currently suffering from cancer or those in remission are required to seek GP approval prior to treatments, please discuss all other health enquiries with Revival Retreat at time of booking. 
• Group bookings permitted; max of 2 vouchers.
• Master pedicure can last up to 2-3 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Eyelash tint and eyebrow design can last up to 2-3 weeks. 
• Eyelash tint and eyebrow design require a patch test at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Please discuss with Revival Retreat at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
