• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Fri 20 Dec 2019; subject to availability. 
• 1 night stay is valid Sun – Fri; excludes Saturdays.
• 2 night stay is valid 7 days.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12pm. 
• Superior double room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Includes 2 course dinner; starter and main from set menu; subject to change. Children’s menu and vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Option 2: dinner is served on first night.
• Includes use of on-site leisure facilities.
• Max of 3 children permitted; under 1yrs stay free when using existing beds, ages 1–14yrs require a supplementary charge of £6 per child per night for extra beds; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
