• Voucher is valid from Sun 6 Sep 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021.
• Options 1 & 2: Valid Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• Option 3: Valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri-Sat.
• Excludes 20-31 Dec 2020, 1 Jan -14 Feb 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin superior room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main each from the set menu; subject to change. Children’s menu and vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 3 children permitted; under 1’s stay free when using existing beds, ages 1 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £6 per child per night for extra beds; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note leisure facilities may be closed due to Covid-19 restrictions.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
