• Voucher is valid from Sun 24 Feb 2019 until Thur 23 May 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out until 10am.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with RiverBeds.
• Free parking available.
• Includes electricity, linen, towels, glassware, crockery and cutlery; lodges also include Costa coffee pods and tea tray with complimentary continental breakfast basket.
• Galley area with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster (this is not a kitchen or cooking area) glassware, crockery, cutlery, corkscrew, can opener, hair dryer and free WiFi.
• Members may wish to bring additional towels for hot tub, warm clothes and ready-made meals.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a hot tub.
• Option 3 includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.
• Includes a round of golf each. No jeans allowed, max 4 people per tee time; please discuss directly with Riverbeds. More information about the golf can be found here.
• Children permitted and must be included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to RiverBeds.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
