• Voucher is valid from Sat 16 Nov 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 25 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard or deluxe room available; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No family rooms available.
• Adapted room available on the ground floor; subject to availability. Please discuss at time of booking.
• Option 1 includes a bottle of house red or white wine. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3 includes 2 course dinner each, menu here; subject to change. Option 3 is for dinner on first night only. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: scallops £3, steak £5, cheese board £4; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, vegan gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted; dogs are not permitted in rooms but the hotel has complimentary kennel facilities and the bar is dog friendly.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
