• Voucher is valid until Thu 10 Feb 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 29 Nov - 19 Dec and 24 Dec 2021 - 1 Jan 2022.
• 1 night stay: Valid Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• 2 night stay: Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Arran room - £10, Skye Suite - £20; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 4 and under stay free when sharing with adults, ages 5 – 14 years require a supplementary charge of £15 per night inc breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £8 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
