• Two night option: voucher is valid 26th February 2016 until 28th February 2016 for 2 nights
• Three night option: voucher is valid 25th February 2016 until 28th February 2016 for 3 nights OR 26th February to 29th February for 3 nights
• Three night plus flight option: voucher is valid 26th February 2016 until 29th February 2016 for 3 nights
• Duration of stay depends on two or three night stay. 
• Please note: transport to and from Rome is not included in option 1 or 2. 2016 is a leap year, please bear in mind when booking transport. 
• Choice of hotel is subject to availability and will be on a first come, first served basis. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 31st July 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, not wheelchair accessible. 
• Hotel check in is from 2pm on day of arrival and check out by 12noon on day of departure. 
• Single Supplement £25 pppn; please discuss at time of booking.
• Extra nights can be booked directly at £25pppn; please discuss at time of booking.
• Minimum age of lead passenger must be over 18 years old. Children are permitted, however all ticket prices are the same.
• Members can choose hotel with World Choice Sports at time of booking. 
• Flight option:
• Transfers not included but are available at additional cost, please discuss at time of booking.
• Hand luggage only (extra luggage can be taken for an additional cost, please discuss at time of booking.).
• Meeting place is Glasgow Airport – you will be sent, by recorded delivery, a pack and tickets instructing on the exact meeting point 4 weeks prior to event.
• You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own travel insurance to cover you in the event of flights not departing due to weather etc.
• Please discuss all medical conditions with World Choice Sports prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.
• Seating for the 6 Nations match is seat in either Curva Nord or Curva Sud. If seating is required together, this must be discussed with World Choice Sports at time of booking. Members can upgrade seating to as follows: Tevera Paterra (long side) £40 per person, Tevera Alta (long end) £60 per person, Monte Mario media (long end) £100 per person, Monte Mario Bassa (long end) £150 per person, please discuss and pay all supplements direct to World Choice Sports at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
