Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 18 Sept 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• 2 night stay excludes 12 Nov 2020 - 3 Jan and 2 - 4 Apr 2021.
• 3 & 5 night stay excludes 22 Dec 2020 - 3 Jan and 2 - 5 Apr 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Apr 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Availability can be checked on the booking calendar prior to booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• One bedroom apartment available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Card details will be taken up to 6 days prior to arrival in place of a refundable security deposit in case of any damage.
• Max of 2 children permitted on the sofa bed. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for use of the sofa bed (suitable for one adult or 2 small children); please discuss directly.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Free parking available in gated private car park.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
