• Voucher is valid from Fri 12 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan and 10 - 20 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Bookings must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm - 6pm; please arrange late arrivals directly. Check-out 10am.
• 1 bedroom lodge (sleeps 2 adults & 1 child): one double or twin bedroom.
• 2 bedroom lodge (sleeps up to 4 adults and 1 child): one double & one twin bedroom or 2 twin bedrooms.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A credit card will be required upon booking.
• All lodges include: bed linen, towels, heating, electricity, kitchen essentials and premium BT Wi-Fi.
• Free parking available outside your lodge.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 12yrs and under and require a supplementary charge of £7.50 for a Z bed.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £17.50 per dog per stay; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
