• Midweek option:
• Voucher is valid from Thur 19 Sep 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 30 Sep 2019.
• Weekend option:
• Voucher is valid from Fri 20 Sep 2019 until Sat 21 Dec 2019, Fri & Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun – Thur, 18 – 19 Oct, 9, 30 Nov, 7 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Room can be upgraded to the loft room for a supplementary charge of £50 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted. 
• Max of 1 dog is permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
