Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 5 Nov 2019 until Sun 29 Mar 2020, Tue 6.30pm and Sun 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays, Wednesdays - Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only; please note the venue have challenge 25 policy in operation at all times and reserve the right to refuse entry.
• Duration approx. 45mins depending on group size.
• Max of 10 people per group.  
• Please note tour requires some walking and standing.
• Option 2 includes a choice of any stone baked pizza; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Includes a pint of Shilling beer and a flight of 4 different beers. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
