Security pre-authorisation is taken via a card payment from hirer of £100 per lodge.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in between 3pm - 5.30pm, check-out 10am. Late check in's / checkout's requires a supplement of £30; please discuss directly when booking.

Options 1 & 2: Includes 2x double bedrooms

Option 3: Includes 2x double rooms and 1x twin.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly when booking.

Any damage or deep cleaning required will be charged from the security deposit; please discuss directly when booking.

Linen and towels are included.

No candles or barbecues are permitted in lodges or on site.

Parking available.

No rowdy guests, stag & hen parties, or groups of anyone under age of 30 accepted; you may be refused entry and lose deposit.

Strict noise policy in place.

Children permitted; must be supervised at all times and are included in overall head count. Additional beds and cots cannot be provided.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
