Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday and 14 Feb 2020 stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 12 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: twin - £10, family - £20, superior - £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted and can be accommodated in a family room for a £20 per room per night supplement. Cots are free of charge. Under 5s receive complimentary breakfast, children aged 5-12 are charged as £3.95 each for breakfast and over 12s pay for meals as taken.
• Includes a bottle of wine; collect your wine voucher from reception on check-in that is then to be exchanged at the bar.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
