• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Sep 2016, Sun – Fri 12noon – 10pm (last booking 8pm); subject to availability.
• Excludes all Saturdays and 8 July 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Aug 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 1 voucher per booking.
• BBQ menu only.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available: harissa spiced sweet potato and halloumi skewers.
• Sorry no gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Includes 175ml glass of house wine, pint, bottle of beer or cider or house spirit and mix.
• Alcohol can be substituted for coke or diet coke, lemonade, orange, apple or cranberry.
• BBQ lasts approx 2 hrs.
• Tables may be required back during busy periods.
• BBQ will take place outside Sloans on the Courtyard; shelter is provided under umbrellas.
• In the event of weather affecting BBQ set up members may be moved in to Sloans Bar & Restaurant; spacing provided is subject to availability.
• Outside area closes at 10pm due to licensing restrictions.
• Wheelchair accessible on courtyard, however toilets are inaccessible.
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
