• Voucher is valid from Thu 20 Jun 2024 until Tue 20 Aug 2024, Mon - Fri 3pm - 7pm, Sat - Sun, 9am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 13 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Once booked, voucher is non-refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 2 - 12.
• Duration approx. 10-15min.
• Max of 6 people per session.
• Comfortable clothes recommended.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
