Voucher is valid until Mon 30 Sept 2019; Mon - Fri 5pm, Sat & Sun 11.15am, 1.15pm, 3.15pm & 4.45pm only; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

All telephone bookings carry a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable (processed via the contact team) but this isn't charged if bookings are made in person at the ticket desk in Snow Factor.

If you need to cancel or alter your booking, we require a minimum of 5 days notice (minimum of 10 days notice for corporate, group and school bookings) to allow for a transfer. All transfers will incur a £5 administration fee – the £1.99 booking fee is non-refundable.

No transfer will be given within 5 days of your booking and no refund will be given for any non-attendance.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Min of 10 and max of 20.

Party package includes childrens party food, party host, party celebration, balloon modelling and 1hr of sledging.

Suitable for ages 3+. Under 7s must be accompanied by an adult on the slope and they will need their own ticket.

Total party duration: approx 2hrs. Sledging duration approx 1hr and party package approx 1hr.

Members can upgrade to Ice-ikle party and make a teddy bear at a supplementary charge of £5 per person; subject to availability.

Max of 20 people per group.

Warm clothing such as sturdy footwear or wellies, waterproof clothing and gloves are required as the sledging takes place on real snow.

• Clothing and footwear can be hired if needed in advance at time of booking for £5. If hired on the day clothing will be charged at £6.50 per person and wellies at £3.50 per person; payable directly to Snow Factor. Gloves are essential and can only be purchased. 
• It is recommended to bring a towel and a change of clothing.
• Helmets & sledges are provided by Snow Factor.

Reasonable level of fitness required as members need to be able to walk up & down the slopes.

Snow Factor activities are not recommended for those who have heart, back or neck conditions, or customers who are pregnant.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
