Hit the snow
Come along to Snow Factor for a lesson in skiing or snowboarding that will take you from tentative to totally loving!
Equipment is included as standard, but clothing hire isn’t, so you’ll need to remember to wrap up warm and maybe add a bit of padding in preparation for your lesson.
Snow Factor is Scotland’s only indoor ski and snowboarding facility, with 1500 tonnes of real snow awaiting you on the UK’s longest indoor real snow slope. It’s also home to the UK’s biggest urban indoor ice-climbing wall, making Snow Factor the ultimate destination for snow bunnies and thrill seekers looking for some uber-cool action over summer.
Based within the popular venue Soar INTU Braehead (formerly Xscape), Snow Factor is easily accessible from the M8 and the perfect place for a family day out.

"My husband and I had a great skiing lesson with Will. He was very patient and encouraging, especially helping me when I was quite nervous. He gave detailed feedback to all 4 of us in the group, to help us improve. Would definitely recommend."
"We had a great time learning to ski. The instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable. We want to go back to do snowboarding!"
"I have now been 3 times and all the instructors have been fantastic! They explain things really well and go at your pace to build up confidence on the slope. I would definitely recommend it if you want to learn."
