- Oct-Dec: Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Oct until Tue 23 Dec 2025, 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Tue 9 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Jan-Mar: Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Excludes 10-17 Mar 2026.
- 40 minute sessions: Valid Mon - Wed 6am - 11:20am & 5pm - 9pm, Thu 5pm - 9pm, Fri 6am - 8:40pm, Sat - Sun 7am - 6:20pm.
- 80 minute sessions: Valid Mon - Wed 6am - 10:40am & 5pm - 8:20pm, Thu 5pm - 8:20pm, Fri 6am - 8pm, Sat - Sun 7am - 5:40pm.
- Email bookings only. Please check availability online before emailing. A waiver must be completed before attending your booking; please read here.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max 3 per group.
- Suitable for ages 16+.
- Duration approx. 40 mins OR 80 mins.
- Please bring your own towels and swimwear. 2 towels are recommended for 80 minute sessions.
- Please discuss with a doctor directly if you intend to undertake this treatment during pregnancy/breastfeeding or during cancer/remission.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with Soul Suites.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
