A supplementary charge of £20pp is required for Friday and Sunday visits; payable direct.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 1 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 10 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment may be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Treatment duration: approx. 25 minutes per treatment.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
