Once booked with the spa the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 5 per group; subject to availability.

Please arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time for consultation if you are visiting the spa for the first time.

Please arrive 10 mins prior to treatment. Latecomers may not be able to get full treatment.

Health consultation will be completed on arrival; please discuss any health concerns with spa directly.

Pregnant clients will need to be over 12 weeks and must call in advance to check availability for pregnancy massage.

Massage treatment is only suitable for cancer/remission patients if they have been in remission for minimum of 5 years.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 50mins. Includes a 25min back, neck & shoulder massage and 25min Elemis taster facial.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes full access to the leisure facilities. Towels included. Robes & slippers can be hired for £10pp (non-refundable).

Includes a 3 course lunch from a set menu; subject to change. Table required back after 1.5hrs. Maximum of 6 people per table. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking. Lunch is served between 11.45am and 4.45pm daily.

Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
