• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr 2019 until Sun 30 Jun 2019, Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 6pm and Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 11 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes a choice of treatment: Hot stone massage (back, neck and shoulders), aromatherapy massage (back, neck and shoulder), Swedish massage (back, neck and shoulder), reflexology, Indian head massage, manicure, pedicure or cleanse and make up.
• Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding after first trimester.
• Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins.
• Includes access to leisure facilities at The Hallmark Hotel. Please note: swimming lessons may be taking place in the pool; please discuss with Spa at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 125ml glass of fizz; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
