• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Aug 2023 to Sun 12 Nov 2023, 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sat - Sun bookings; payable direct.
• Excludes 28 Aug 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Suitable for age 16+ only.
• Treatment duration: 2 x 25 mins treatments or 1 x 55 min treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 1 hours access to the facilities before or after your treatment.
• Includes 2 course lunch; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
