• Option 1 voucher is valid from Thur 2 Apr 2020 until Tue 29 Sep 2020, Mon – Tue 10am – 6pm, Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri – Sat 9am – 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Wednesdays and Sundays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Thur 2 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Mon – Wed 10am – 6pm, Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri 9am – 6pm, Sun 10am – 5pm. Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Includes a choice of 2 x treatments from: oriental head massage, comfort foot and leg massage, aroma taster facial or Murad sensational eye treatment. Includes access to leisure facilities. Includes a herbal tea.
• Option 2: Includes a rose quartz facial and aroma back massage. A supplementary charge of £10 is required per person for access to leisure facilities; payable directly to spa.
• Treatment is not suitable during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins per treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Option 2: Includes a 2 course lunch from set spa menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink or mocktail.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
