• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid 7 days 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Please note weekend availability is limited.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments may be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss directly with spa.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1: Treatment duration approx: 25mins. Choice of treatments from discovery facial, deep tissue massage, aromasense massage or de-stressing neck, face and scalp ritual.
• Option 2: Treatment duration approx: 2 x 25 mins or 1 x 55 mins. Choice of treatments from: discovery facial (25mins only); relaxing deep tissue massage, aromasense massage, de-stressing neck, face and scalp ritual (25 or 55 mins); total time-out or purely active facial, hot stone massage, reflexology (55mins only).
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for use the leisure facilities including heated pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room; please discuss and pay directly with spa.
• Towel hire is available for £2.50; please arrange directly with spa.
• A 15% discount will be applied to any further treatments purchased on the day of their visit; please discuss and pay directly with spa.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
