• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Aug 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, Mon - Tue & Thu 10am - 6pm, Fri 9am - 6pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Wednesdays.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes 2 treatments choosing from: an aromatherapy facial, oriental head massage or a comfort leg & foot massage.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins each.
• Treatment is not suitable during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Leisure access is not included.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
