Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Sep 2021 until Fri 19 Nov 2021, Mon - Sat 10am, 11.45am, 1.30pm, 3.15pm, 5pm, 6.45pm & 8.30pm and Sun 10am, 11.45am, 1.30pm, 3.15pm, 5pm and 6.45pm only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 10+. An adult (18+) must be participating.
• Duration approx 1hr 20mins. You will start with a safety briefing followed by 30mins in the first area,  a 10 minute break and then 30 mins in the 2nd area.
• Please arrive a max of 5 mins before your booked time. No entry will be permitted after the start time of your game so please do not be late. The reason for this is staff are not allowed to leave the arena once a game has commenced.
• Max of 2, 4 of 6 people per session.
• Participants must be able-bodied.
• No open toed shoes or heels permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
