Brewery tours are valid from Sat 3 Apr 2021 until Sat 27 Nov 2021, Saturdays only at 1pm and 3pm; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Mixed case of beer is valid to order from Mon 30 Nov 2020 until Sun 31 Jan 2021.

Brewery tour: Your itison voucher acts as a ticket. Tours are on Saturdays at 1pm and 4pm; subject to availability. Email booking required. Valid for over 18s only. Duration: approx. 90minutes. Max of 10 people per tour. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Mixed case of beer P&P costs £5. UK mainland delivery only. Maximum delivery: up to 3 working days. This may vary due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please order by 16 Dec for Christmas delivery. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 years to purchase alcoholic beverages in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We hope you’re delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we’re happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
