• Voucher is valid from Thu 14 Jul until Fri 30 Dec 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9 - 11 Sep and 24 - 26 Dec 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 1 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard Smart studio.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Grande studio for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note a pre authorised card will be required upon check-in.
• Includes a grab and go breakfast. Available between 6.30am and 10.30am daily. A welcome hamper is also provided on arrival.
• Max of 1 child permitted in a Grande studio for a supplementary charge of £10 for a bed or cot and £15 for room upgrade; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Limited number of wheelchair accessible apartments available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
