• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 May 2021 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days 10:15am - 5:15pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; advance booking required.
• Booking slots every half an hour daily from 10.15am - 5.15pm.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for children aged 5 plus.
• Duration of tour approx. 45-60 mins.
• Wheelchair access is limited due to the nature of the building; the top floor and observation tower are not accessible.
• Free parking available at the Old Town Jail.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
