• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Mar 2023; Tue, Thu & Sun 8am - 8pm and Sat 4pm - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon, Wed and Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 2 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online or email bookings.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for over 16s only. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins per session.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
