• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Sun 20 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 & 15 Feb and 1 Apr - 30 Sept 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by  Fri 4 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Comfy Luxe room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £20 per room / per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes £15pp dinner allocation, menu viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children aged 12 years and under can be accommodated within a z bed, meals charged as taken.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
